Broadcast Yo Self is the moving-picture catalyst by which we allegorically open our doors to the public and allow shredders from around the world the chance to be featured on our website. Each month we will sift through our submissions (to submit, simply send us your YouTube or Vimeo link on this page) and choose one unlucky brute to partake in the awesomeness that will be known throughout cyber eternity as Broadcast YoSelf. It’s certainly not going to make anybody famous, but we want the 2 or 3 people that check our website each month to enjoy some fresh content. In addition to the dishonor of appearing on thisisabroadcast.com, the winning skater each month will receive a Broadcast T-shirt. Catching Up With Jeremy Holmes
In case you haven’t noticed, Jeremy Holmes has been holding it down for the past 12 months. With a tech/silky style reminiscent of many of our heroes in Mouse, it’s obvious that Holmes pays special attention to detail and gets things done properly. Take a moment to catch up with his Skateboard Mag Minute, his HYPE! video promo, and most recently, his feature on the Captain & Casey Show. Nolan Johnson Skateboard Mag Interview
If you haven’t had a chance to check some of Nolan’s semi-recent coverage from The Skateboard Mag, we highly suggest that you do. Nolan now lives in Seattle, and eats copious amounts of candy and soda to stay healthy and strong for the rigors of the skate season. Long after the other shredders fall off the charts due to alcoholism or discouragement, Nolan will still be skating (and doing it how he wants to) and still having fun.
